Where have all the children gone? : ...
Dancing 4 Fun (Seniors) proudly present: Where have all the children gone?
A melancholy ballet, expressing the struggle within a young girl’s mind.
It portrays the journey from light to dark depicted through the medium of dance. This is not your traditional 'fluffy' ballet story, this is something to make you think and to make you feel. It is a ballet that creates emotional thoughts and psychological images as you are drawn into the journey of a young girl battling her inner demons.
This is, just a ballet story, but think of your worse nightmares happening right in front of you. It has taken me 20 years to have the confidence to do something like this, and I finally feel ready to share this part of me, although admittedly I feel a little overwhelmed and very reflective.
Can you please note that Where have all the children gone is not recommended for children under the age of 12 due to the nature of the story.
